By signing up to TextAdPromos.com you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. TextAdPromos.com reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to TextAdPromos.com is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.
You may request payments once your account balance reaches $10. Payments will be made within 30 days. Members will be paid via PayPal, or Check. Check payments have a $1 fee. If you decide to refer other people to TextAdPromos.com you will receive 60% of your referral's earnings on level 1, 50% of your referral's earnings on level 1, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 2, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 3, 1% of your referral's credits on level 4, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 5, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 6, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 7, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 8, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 9, 1% of your referral's earnings on level 10.
We have no torrents of SPAM as a method of promoting your TextAdPromos.com referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join TextAdPromos.com in the future.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.
All personal information is stored in the TextAdPromos.com database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give TextAdPromos.com permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join TextAdPromos.com. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
